Rivulis, a global leader in irrigation, opens the world’s largest dripper manufacturing plant

Rivulis Pte. Ltd., a global leader in advanced irrigation and climate solutions, has opened at the end of 2025 the world’s largest and most modern manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of drippers and sprinklers, essential components of micro-irrigation systems.

For over 80 years, farmers around the world have trusted Rivulis for efficient and reliable irrigation solutions that help them farm responsibly,” said Eran Ossmy, President of Rivulis. “This new plant marks a new milestone in that tradition, combining precision manufacturing, innovation, and sustainability to make micro-irrigation more accessible and efficient. From here, we will provide solutions that will help feed a growing global population in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Located in northern Israel, the 7,000-square-meter Tzipporit plant houses more than 150 automated production and assembly lines and represents a major advancement in irrigation technology and sustainable manufacturing. The facility incorporates advanced systems, including precision LSR technologies, to deliver exceptional quality, energy efficiency, and operational resilience.

At full capacity, the plant will produce millions of drippers and sprinklers every day, which will be exported to more than 120 countries in Latin America, Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Promoting Sustainable Agriculture on a Large Scale

By increasing its production capacity, Rivulis is strengthening its commitment to global food security and sustainable agriculture amid growing water scarcity. The new plant employs over 200 people from the surrounding Jewish and Arab communities and serves as a model of coexistence and shared purpose.

Built according to the principles of green industry and energy efficiency, the plant uses recycled materials, renewable energy, and smart systems for energy and production management. It is among the first irrigation facilities in the world to implement circular manufacturing practices: reuse of raw materials, reduction of emissions, and a zero-industrial-waste goal.
