Hunter Europe Announces the Retirement of Francis Manuel, Sales Manager for the South of France

Francis Manuel, sales manager for the South of France, has announced his retirement after almost two decades with the company Hunter.

Having obtained a University Degree (BSc) in electrical engineering at the University Institute of Technology (IUT) in Nîmes and a Post-graduate technical-commercial diploma (DES TC) from the Languedoc-Montpellier University of Technical Sciences, he began his career at Irrifrance in 1976, as head of the equipment testing station (the agency Sisteron).

Subsequently, between 1981 and 2004, he worked with different companies and cooperatives in the areas of agricultural irrigation, green spaces, sports fields or golf courses.

Francis Manuel joined Hunter in 2004 as head of product specifications for the South of France, specialising in the golf market and he has held the position throughout these 18 years. He was based in Avignon, in the south of France.

Francis Manuel was replaced by William Lombardo, who, for his part, since 2004 has been manager of the ‘Grand Est’ / Switzerland region – working on the development of Green City solutions for Netafim France.
